Catalogue projects
Because projects are delivered as digital downloads (code + documentation), purchases are non-refundable once the download link is issued. If you face a setup issue, we'll help you resolve it - reach us within 7 days of purchase.
Custom builds
For custom builds, a 50% refund applies if you cancel before development begins. Once development starts, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed and agreed milestones.
Internship combo
Refundable up to 24 hours after purchase, only if the internship engagement has not yet started.
